Congratulations to our very own T4T volunteer and LifeSource Donate Life Ambassador, Sally Jacobson, on receiving the 2015 MTF Nicholas Miller Award for Excellence in Donor Family Support. This national award is given annually to a volunteer who exhibits outstanding contributions to promoting organ and tissue donation and donor family support through active participation in advocacy, education and support in their community. Sally, from Grand Forks, ND, was recognized not only for her extraordinary efforts in sharing the message of donation as a Donate Life Ambassador, but also for her tremendous volunteer work with Trails4Transplants, Altru Health System, and contributions to donor families in her community.
