A Benefit for Dave Hanson

August 29-30, 2015
On July 6th, Dave underwent a lifesaving liver transplant at the Mayo Hospital. Dave is married to Andrea (Hille) and has 2 young children. Please join us for a benefit to help Dave offset his medical expenses and to honor his generous organ donor. Activities include a two-day, 32 mile horse and ATV trail ride, free-will offering burger feed, bake sale, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and guest speakers. Everyone is welcome!
Saturday, August 29th
Horse and ATV ride from Euclid, MN to Warren MN – 16 miles
There will be a free will donation breakfast at 8:00 am in Euclid at the park. Riders will depart Euclid at 10:00 am. Minimum contribution is $2.00 a mile. Riders are responsible for providing hay, grain, and other special needs for horses. Water will be available for horses where we are staying and along the trail as necessary. Snacks and refreshments also provided to riders during both days. Portable corrals for horses will need to be supplied by riders as we are staging south of the Marshall County Fairgrounds for the night. Please wear something blue or green in honor of Dave’s donor.
5:00 pm -7:00 pm – free-will donation supper, bake sale, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and guest speakers at the American Legion in Warren.
Sunday, August 30th
Horse and ATV ride from Warren, MN to Carpenter’s Corner – 16 miles
A church and prayer service will be held at 8:30 am south of the Marshall County Fairgrounds. Riders will depart at 9:00 am. Carpenter’s Corner will be open to serve lunch at 12:00 pm.
